Monthly Investment Summaries and Financial Reports

Below you will find monthly reports provided to the City Council regarding the City’s investment portfolio, financial position, and other related information. Items included in these reports include:

• Current City Investments
• Current Cash Balance of Major Funds
• Year-To-Date Revenue and Expenditures for the General Fund and Enterprise Funds
• New and Modified Interfund Loans

Monthly Reports of Contracts Under $50,000 ¹

Below you will find monthly reports regarding all purchases made by the City of $50,000 or less.  These items include:

• Contracts and Agreements Approved Under the City Manager's Authority Between $25,000 and $50,000
• Contracts and Agreements Approved Under Department Heads' Authority of $25,000 or Less
• Contracts and Agreements Approved by the City Council of $50,000 or Less ²
• Purchases Approved Under the City Council-Approved Purchasing Policy (Fuel, Goods, Etc.)

¹ Purchase orders encumbered in more than one account are shown for the primary account only with the total encumbrance for all accounts.
² Certain contracts and agreements may be approved by the City Council even though they are below the threshold requiring City Council approval.
