Popular Annual Financial Reports

This report provides an overview of the City’s financial position, including sources of revenues and expenditures, as well as economic information about the community. The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) of the City is published to increase public awareness about the City’s financial condition. It is our goal that this report is easy to read and understandable. The PAFR summarizes the financial activities of the City’s governmental and proprietary funds and draws its information from the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
