 Hunter Industrial Park is largely composed of industrial, business and commercial uses. This high quality business park is the largest and one of the fastest developing industrial sections in the City. The area is unique in that it has evolved with a mix of industrial uses, professional and office services, and other business support providers. The area is already heavily developed, but it remains one of the few areas in Riverside where large tracts of industrial-planned properties are available. In addition, there are several new upscale business park available for immediate lease and/or sale.
Hunter Hobby Park, in the center of the neighborhood, is home to the Riverside Live Steamers where free train rides are given to the public on the second and fourth Sundays of each month.
Much of the eastern portion of this region is high, hilly terrain. Many of the City’s efforts to retain the natural beauty of its ridgelines and hillside terrain stem from early development efforts in this visually prominent and sensitive area.
