The City’s electronic plan review solution allows permit applicants the ability to submit applications, pay plan check fees and upload electronic construction documents online for around the clock submission of plans to facilitate the review and approval process for conformance with City requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit. The system is designed as a cost-effective solution that streamlines the submittal process and routing of plans while saving customers time and money without printing costly construction documents and delivering them to City Hall throughout the plan check process.
With no need to purchase special software as only internet access is required, our system can accept over 250 file types and be updated and viewed from anywhere. Please carefully review the tutorial titled “ePlan Instructions” below for further information.
