3 Great Ways to Use 311

If you wish to report any problem areas in your neighborhood or around your business, simply give us a call or send us a message. You also have the option to take a picture and upload it along with your request.  Commonly reported concerns include: graffiti, illegal dumping, potholes, code violations, trash issues, traffic problems, abandoned vehicles, and overgrown weeds.

Once submitted, you will receive a service request number immediately. Your request will automatically be tracked and delivered to the appropriate City staff. In many cases, service orders can be dispatched instantly.

Along with service requests, the 311 app offers additional features that allow you to check the status of your request, pay your utility bills and check the city’s social media feed. It’s the ultimate information hub for City of Riverside residents.
