    The City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a medical at the construction site of the new library. An approximately 35 YO male was on a scaffold about 40 feet from the ground and was struck by a falling object, possibly a wire spool to hold the weather sheeting and brown coating. The patient was treated by FD paramedics on the scaffolding and a high point rescue was utilized to remove the victim from the area. The patient was further treated and transported to a local trauma center for further care.
