No new ePlan permit applications will be accepted at this time as we prepare to launch the new Public Permit Portal on October 8, 2020. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue implementing the new system. You may also submit paper plan applications at the One Stop Shop commencing October 6, 2020, or in accordance with current COVID-19 procedures as noted on the main Building & Safety web page. Please contact the Building & Safety Division with any questions related to existing applications. All new ePlan applications will be accepted electronically commencing October 8, 2020.
The City’s electronic plan review solution allows permit applicants the ability to submit applications, pay plan check fees and upload electronic construction documents online for around the clock submission of plans to facilitate the review and approval process for conformance with City requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit. The system is designed as a cost-effective solution that streamlines the submittal process and routing of plans while saving customers time and money without printing costly construction documents and delivering them to City Hall throughout the plan check process.
With no need to purchase special software as only internet access is required, our system can accept over 250 file types and be updated and viewed from anywhere. Please carefully review the tutorial titled “ePlanReview Tutorial” below for further information.
