This free hour and a half long presentation will provide an overview of the process of handling your own appeal from a California unlimited civil case judgment or appealable order.
Ms. Simoncini will discuss which cases are appealable, the process of obtaining a record of the trial proceeding to aid in appellate review of the judgment or appealable order, the briefing process, and beyond.
