14th annual WOOD STREETS NEIGHBORHOOD YARD SALE! Over 300 homes participate in this event. Exit Central Avenue or 14th Street, go to Magnolia Avenue, and enjoy your day! Come and shop til you drop! This location is well known for its historic beauty and lovely homes. The whole neighborhood comes out for this annual event! There will be heavy traffic so please drive safely! People come from all over to attend this annual event. Some people bring a wagon or cart, park their cars, and walk throughout the neighborhood.
