The Altais Medical Group Riverside (AMGR) Physician Group, in partnership with Gless Ranch, invites all community members to a free, outdoor Health Fair!
Join us for free health assessments, including sports physicals for youth athletics, eye exams, blood sugar and Body Mass Index (BMI) checks, plus diabetes screenings. Free at-home COVID test kits will be provided courtesy of Spencer Pharmacy. Animal House Gym will lead strength training workshops to address common aches and pains.
Join us for a fun day of wellness and health education! This event is free and open to all members of the public.
