Cases P07-0425 and P09-0196 - City of Riverside - Adopt Magnolia Avenue Specific Plan and Second Addendum to Certified Final Program Environmental Impact Report for General Plan 2025 Program in conjunction with text amendment to Circulation Element of General Plan 2025 to designate Magnolia Avenue as six-lane arterial for portion of Magnolia Avenue wly. of Harrison Street - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, approving the Final Second Addendum to the Certified Final Program Environmental Impact Report pertaining to the General Plan 2025 Program, and making certain findings related thereto, all pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, adopting the Magnolia Avenue Specific Plan, amending the Riverside General Plan 2025 by adding the Magnolia Avenue Specific Plan and deleting those provisions of the General Plan that are superseded by the Magnolia Avenue Specific Plan, and amending the Circulation Element of General Plan 2025 - Waive further readings (Wards 1, 3, 5, 6, and 7)

5. Case P09-0309 - City of Riverside - Amend Water Efficient Landscaping and Irrigation Chapter 19.570 of Zoning Code for compliance with Assembly Bill 1881 - Introduce an Ordinance the City of Riverside, California, amending Section 19.040.110 and Chapter 19.570 of the Riverside Municipal Code to define, modify, and implement water efficient landscape standards for the City (All Wards)

6. Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area - A Resolution of the City Council of Riverside, California, confirming the annual report of the Riverside Downtown Partnership acting in its capacity as the advisory board to the Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area and levying assessments for calendar year 2010 - Waive further reading (Wards 1 and 2)

Cooperative agreement with County of Riverside for $140,410 from Public Works Department budget for pavement rehabilitation on five residential streets - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, declaring that based upon estimates approved by the City Manager, the pavement rehabilitation project of various streets for the residential neighborhood south of Alessandro Boulevard between Barton Street and Alexander Street within the City of Riverside may be performed better or more economically by County forces, through a cooperative agreement with the County of Riverside, and authorizing the work to be performed without formal bidding - Waive further reading (Ward 4)
