Have you noticed more insects scurrying about as the weather warms up? Join us as we welcome spring with the fourth feature in our Movies on the Lawn series, Bug (1975). Actors Bradford Dillman, Joanna Miles and Richard Gilliland certainly have when an earthquake releases a previously undiscovered insect! With scenes filmed at UCR, you won’t want to miss this eco-horror as mutant cockroaches reign terror on a small town.
Viewer discretion is advised, this film is not suitable for audiences under 16. The movie starts at dusk, Snacks are available for purchase (cash only). Street parking is available. April 19th, 2024, gates open at 7:15 p.m., screening will begin at approximately 7:45 p.m.
