The City of Riverside’s new Small Business Support Series (SBSS) combines comprehensive technical assistance across core business functions with a unique, interactive learning environment. Discover new ways to grow your business and make connections through guided peer collaboration to solve some of the common challenges faced by small business owners.


Benefits of the Small Business Support Series (SBSS):

  • Learn new techniques to improve core business functions in sales, marketing, finance, customer service and operations.
  • Discover new resources and expand your network
  • Develop new strategies to increase revenue and stabilize costs
  • Collaborate with other small businesses around common challenges

Format of the Small Business Support Series:

  • Small group | cohort-style learning
  • 6 meeting sessions | 3 hours each | Twice a month for 3 months.
  • Meetings will occur at the Riverside Municipal Airport on the following dates:
    • February 12th & February 26th
    • March 12th & March 26th
    • April 16th & April 30th

Who can participate?

  • This is a FREE small business program.
  • Business must be located in the City of Riverside and have a current Riverside business license.
  • Only businesses with fewer than five employees AND five years in operation can participate.
  • Applications are due by January 31, 2019.
