Assembly Bill 341

Mandatory Commercial Recycling

Assembly Bill 341 (AB 341) requires all businesses, public entities, and multifamily residential dwellings with five or more units in California that generate four or more cubic yards of waste per week to establish and maintain recycling services as of July 1, 2020. To assist you with this law, contact your waste hauler to arrange for recycling services or to apply for an exemption.  Please visit their website for further information.
