- Reward the public for calls that lead to arrest
- Respond to graffiti rapidly for removal
- Document and track graffiti offenders
- Arrest and prosecute all graffiti offenders

Graffiti Reports: City Removal Times
When graffiti is reported to the 311 Call Center, a Service Request Order (SRO) is generated for crews to respond and remove the graffiti vandalism within 24 hours. We average graffiti removal within 12 hours of reporting.
