Twice a month the City of Riverside provides an opportunity for community members to eradicate graffiti and beautify their neighborhoods.

Paint-Out Events:

  • Twice per month, 24 times per year
  • Painting over graffiti
  • Uniforming walls
  • Removing graffiti from signs and poles

Green Wall Events:

  • Six times per year
  • Cover graffiti canvas with landscape and shrubs
  • Planting trees in front of graffiti prone walls
  • Educate community about green wall techniques

PEP Meetings

KRCB and the City of Riverside co-chair a Public Education Program (PEP) meeting regarding graffiti related projects and issues

  • Open to community members
  • Local government and private agencies attend
  • Presentations and discussion on graffiti problems in community with proposed solutions
  • 10:00 am on the Second Wednesday of every other month (February, April, June, October, December)
  • Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, 3985 University Avenue in Riverside
