Contract Administration is a division of the City of Riverside’s Public Works Department responsible for ensuring construction and traffic control within city Right-of-Way is conducted in accordance with the Riverside Municipal Code and the City of Riverside’s Standard Drawings for Construction (available for download below).

The format of our Standards follows the 2012 Edition of the "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction." Any Special Provisions we’ve included supplement, modify and take precedence over the Standard Specifications.
