On December 17, 2019, the City Council approved an Emergency Shelter Cabin Village at the Hulen Campus located at 2882 Hulen Place, Riverside CA, 92507. City staff built the emergency shelter village on an existing parking lot shared by the City’s Access Center, which services as a multiservice intake center for individuals experiencing homelessness, connects them to shelter and affordable housing, mental health, medical health, substance abuse, workforce development resources and outreach and case management services.
