    Current Situation

    The Riverside Fire Department responded to a reported traffic collision at the intersection of Tyler St. and California Ave.  When fire department units arrived on scene the first due unit reported a two vehicle accident with major damage to both vehicles.  One of the vehicles came to rest on its side with the occupant pinned inside.  The trapped patient was freed using the “Jaws of Life”.  Both patients were transported to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment.
