    Current Situation

    City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a reported explosion within a basement of a single family structure.  Upon arrival 1 victim found with burns to arms and chest.  Victim was transferring propane from one tank to another when it flashed.  No fire damage to the structure.  Fire Department Paramedics treated victim and assisted with transport to Arrowhead Regional.
