Please go through the appointment confirmation notification you received to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment to make the appointment time available for other customers. PLEASE REVIEW CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT TO YOU and have application filled out, all required documentation and payments when you arrive for your appointment or your appointment will be cancelled.

Can I Expedite the Process?
Expedite Service of passport applications is available for an additional fee. Please visit Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov for further information.
*The Department of State will Express Mail the passport book only once the application is processed for a 1-2 day delivery time for an additional $19.53 payable to the Department of State. The Department of State cannot Express Mail a passport card.
The City Clerk's Office offers Express Mail of your application to Passport Services for a 2-day delivery time. This fee is $28.75 for Express Mail service payable to the City of Riverside.
