The Spark of Love program is offered in collaboration with the Riverside Fire Department. Fire personnel
are responsible for gathering toys and PRCSD staff are responsible for distributing the toys at community
centers located throughout the City of Riverside. Youth 12 and under are eligible to participate. Parents need to complete the Spark of Love application, provide proof of residency (92501-92508) and birth certificates at time of registration in order for youth to receive a toy. Registration begins November 12 and will continue until capacity is reached. Toys will be distributed December 19. Register at the following community centers: Bobby Bonds, Bordwell, Bryant, Hunt, La Sierra, Lincoln, Nichols, Orange Terrace, Reid and Villegas.
