Introduction to Screenwriting (3-week class in Riverside)!

The City of Riverside is offering an intensive 3-week certificate class in Screenwriting from a University Professor in Film this January 27th-Feb. 10th, 3 Monday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm (Caser Chavez Community Center). That's this January 27th, February 3rd & 10th. Mondays, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. You must register and pay for the class online at RIVREG.ORG

In this course, you will learn:

* Learn the essential tools of Screenwriting.
* Professional Screenwriting Format.
* Formatting, scenes, and sequences.
* Plot, Theme, and 3-Act Structure (and 4-Act).
* Character Development.
* Learn how to write a Treatment for your script.
* Learn how to pitch your script.
* Learn from a Chapman University Film/TV Alumni.
* You will write a 5-page script for this course.
Ages 15 +

Price: $145 ($155 for Non-Residents) + $10 material
fee to be given to instructor the first day of class.
