In partnership with UCR, this session will give an introduction on the importance of evaluating the intended/planned invention within the frame of a business strategy, various steps to follow prior to making a decision to obtain a patent grant, and the process of obtaining the patent grant. It will also introduce the importance of trademark. A joint program of Riverside Public Library and Patent and Trademark Resource Center at UCR.
