Starting Over helps some of Southern California’s most vulnerable populations by addressing homelessness, recidivism, and reentry. We help homeless men, women, and children transition from homelessness and the often associated cycles of poverty, substance abuse, mental illness, and recidivism. The Family Reunification Equity and Empowerment Project (FREE Project) works with families affected by Child Protective Services that want to keep families together that need support to stay up to par.
We are asking for donations: For newborns to 3 years old, boy or girl.
Pampers, Clothing, Blankets, Formula, & Bottles, etc.
