Mockingbird Canyon Pump Station Meter Vault Replacement Project

All Prospective vendors submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Electronic Bidders List" by subscribing on the City's website If the Proposer is not listed on the Electronic Bidders List the bid will not be considered.

Any questions pertaining to the items, specifications and/or scope of this bid should be directed to Ben Hatheway email: no later than November 27, 2017 BEFORE 12:00pm PST. The subject line should note "Bid No. RPU-7517" for all such inquiries.

Bids are to be submitted on or before December 5, 2017 BEFORE 2:00pm PST. The time and date are fixed and extensions will not be granted. Bids not received electronically before the bid event time will not be accepted. Hard copy proposals will be rejected.
Reminder: Upon submitting a bid, an automatic notification will be sent to the current email address saved to that account on the bidding website and the Submittal Status will change to “Submitted”.

The work to be done, in general, shall include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to remove an existing 3.5-ft manhole and replace it with a (8’L x 8’W x 11’D) square vault with hydraulically assisted vault lid and an access ladder with a pull up safety post, and the relocation of the existing SCADA data transmitter and conduits to the new vault. The vault cover is to be monolithically installed by the vault manufacturer. The work also includes the relocation of an existing water sampling station currently used as a chlorine injection quill,
the removal and replacement of three traffic bollards and the permanent trench and pavement resurfacing damaged by the construction activities and in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
