No subscriptions to a project will be valid or recognized after the response period has ended. Property Relocation Services

All correspondence, communications and contact in regard to any aspect of this solicitation or offers 
shall be with Shiloh Rogers, email: purchasing@riversideca.gov. The deadline for the submittal of 
questions shall be November 8, 2017 BEFORE 5:00pm PST.

All Prospective Proposers submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Electronic Bidders List", by 
subscribing on the City's website www.riversideca.gov/bids. If the Proposer is not listed on the 
Electronic Bidders List the proposal will not be considered or accepted.

Proposals and all supplementary documents are to be uploaded and submitted at www.riversideca.gov/bids 
before 2:00 p.m. PST November 22, 2017. The time and date are fixed and extensions will not be granted. 
Documents not received electronically before the event time will not be accepted. Hard copies will be rejected.

Reminder: Upon successfully submitting a proposal, an automatic notification will be sent to the 
current email address saved to that account on the bidding website and the Submittal Status will 
change to “Submitted”.

The Relocation Plan (Plan) facilitates the relocation of persons displaced by a City project and gives 
advance notice of any challenges that may arise. To achieve successful relocation of displaced persons, 
the Plan will identify, explore, and document the needs of and provide information to assist with the orderly, 
timely, and efficient relocation of displacees. The Plan shall conform to all requirements of the State Housing 
and Community Development Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 25) and the Federal Uniform 
Act, if applicable, as well as the City’s adopted policies including the Caltrans’ Manual, Chapter 10, if federal 
funding is involved for a specific project.
