All prospective bidders submitting a bid package must be subscribed to the Electronic Bidder’s List for that bid. If the bidder is not listed on the Electronic Bidder’s List by subscribing at then the bid package will be declared non-responsive and given no further consideration. All bid packages must be submitted via the bidding website. No company may submit on behalf of an unrelated entity.

All bid packages must be submitted electronically through the bidding website, there will be no exceptions. NO HARD COPY BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

a.	Addenda: Unless otherwise specified, any addenda issued during the time of bidding must be acknowledged and will be made part of the contract. An addendum may be acknowledged by signing its cover page and submitting the signed copy as a digital file with the rest of the response or by acknowledging via the bidding website. Failure to acknowledge an addendum using one of the allowable methods will automatically deem your bid non-responsive. Addenda notifications will be provided via email to those subscribed to the Planholders List.

The City of General Services Department is soliciting bids for a total of ten (10) new model year Ford F150 of the following make and model. Seven (7) Ford F150, regular cab, E85 flex fuel powered and 8’ bed truck. And two (2) Ford F150, super cab, E85 flex fuel powered and 6.5’ bed truck.  And one (1) Ford F150, super cab, E85 flex fuel powered and 6.5’ bed truck. Truck(s) shall meet the current California State and Federal Standards for safety, emissions, and noise. Trucks(s) will come with California State exempt license and registration. Truck(s) should meet the minimum specifications in Exhibit A and Exhibit B and Exhibit C.
