All Prospective vendors submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Electronic Bidders List" by subscribing on the City's website www.riversideca.gov/bids. If the Proposer is not listed on the Electronic Bidders List the bid will not be considered.

Any questions pertaining to the items, specifications and/or scope of this bid should be directed to Ben Hatheway, at purchasing@riversideca.gov no later than 3:00 P.M. PDT on the date corresponding to three (3) business days prior to the bid opening date.

Bids are to be uploaded at www.riversideca.gov/bids before 4:30 p.m. PST on November 6, 2017. The time and date are fixed and extensions will not be granted. Bids not received electronically before the bid event time will not be accepted. Hard copy proposals will be rejected.

The project entails street maintenance improvements at various locations throughout the city. The proposed work includes but not limited to, the removal/replacement of concrete
sidewalks, curb, gutter, pedestrian ramps, and rehabilitation of the existing asphalt pavement as shown on the contract plans. Additionally, street light construction and relocation work will be done on Poplar Street as per the contract plans which will be provided at the pre-construction conference.
