All Prospective vendors submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Electronic Bidders List" by subscribing on the City's website If the Proposer is not listed on the Electronic Bidders List the bid will not be considered.

Bid Opening date.

Bids are to be uploaded at before 2:00 p.m. PDT November 2, 2017. The time and date are fixed and extensions will not be granted. Bids not received electronically before the bid event time will not be accepted. Hard copy proposals will be rejected.
Reminder: Upon submitting a bid, an automatic notification will be sent to the current email address saved to that account on the bidding website and the Submittal Status will change to “Submitted”.

This project entails the construction of new concrete sidewalk on the
one side of Babb Avenue from Gramercy Place to Philbin Avenue, one side of Kent Avenue from Wells
Avenue to Campbell Avenue, one side of Ivanhoe Avenue from Wells Avenue to Philbin Avenue and
Challen Avenue from Wells Avenue to Philbin Avenue The project improvement includes, but are not
limited to, pedestrian ramps, curbs & gutters, the removal of existing driveway approaches and
replacement with pedestrian accessible driveway approaches, driveway match ups, tree and shrub
removal, cross gutter, chain link fence and gates, wrought iron fence and gate, and block walls; and
installation of drain pipes within City’s right of way. Installation of Riverside Public Utilities Electric
facilities include removal of existing wood poles and installation of new concrete street light standard,
conduit and cable and new luminaires.
