1 – Simply fill out your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card information on the back of your Utility bill stub and send it in. We’ll do the rest.

2 – Call in your information to our Customer Service department at (951) 782-0330.  Please have your account information ready when calling.

3 – Use your Visa or MasterCard online.

Create an online account and then log in to pay your bill. Or, you can choose our One Time Payment option.  Both online options let you pay your bill anytime, anywhere!
