About Your Riverside Public Utilities Bill Statement
Riverside Public Utilities (RPU) is a municipally-owned electric and water utility that serves the City of Riverside. Billing statements can include electricity and water charges, streetlights, sewage, and trash pickup service fees.
Whether you are a new, continuing, or returning RPU customer, we’re glad to have the opportunity to serve you.
Not all customers will receive both water and electric services from RPU. Some water customers will be serviced by the Western Municipal Water District.
