The Weatherization Incentive Rebate Program is a
whole house approach to improving the energy efficiency of residential
homes in Riverside Public Utilities' electric service area.
A variety of energy saving efforts qualify for rebates, alone
or together. They include: Attic Insulation, Exterior Wall Insulation,
Window/Door Replacement, and Whole House Fans. The package of
conservation measures installed will work together to effectively
reduce energy use.

| What Are The Weatherization Program Benefits? |
| By utilizing one or combinations of the qualifying conservation
efforts, homeowners can greatly increase the energy efficiency
of their homes and reduce overall energy consumption. |

Current building code compliance, the choice of improvements,
the selection of dealers, the purchase of items and acceptance
of materials used, work performed and the payments thereof are
the customer's responsibility.
Riverside Public Utilities reserves the right
to determine eligibility and modify or discontinue this program
without prior notice at its discretion. Program is subject
to fund availability.

| Weatherization Program Guidelines |
- Customers must fulfill all program guidelines, program
specific and general RPU program guidelines, to be eligible
for incentives.
- Rebates are based on total square footage purchased (except
whole house fans). Labor, additional parts, and tax are excluded.
- Products must meet or exceed ratings, and are subject to
approval by RPU. ENERGY STAR® rated products can be found
at www.energystar.gov.
