RPU wants to hear your thoughts and comments on the project. A public hearing will be held when the draft environmental document has been prepared.

Schedule:

As shown on the process flow chart, the draft environmental report is scheduled for distribution in summer 2007, followed by a public comment period and hearing. The environmental determination should be complete by winter 2007. Construction of the proposed project is anticipated to begin in summer 2008, with the project operational by summer 2009.
