If you have questions, we encourage you to call first since most issues can be resolved over the phone. Also, please see other customer service contacts below.
In addition to the normal customer service walk-in hours at Customer Service centers, the City also provides 24-hour emergency call services for electric and water issues at 951-782-0330.
You may also contact the City's Riverside Connected Call Center at 826-5311 (Riverside residents only) 24 hours a day for all non-emergency services. |
