Reiko Kerr is the Utilities Assistant General Manager – Finance and Customer Services.

In 2000, Kerr, a certified public accountant, started her RPU career in the Finance Division. She has served in various management roles including: Principal Analyst, Finance/Rates Manager. and Assistant CFO/Energy Risk Manager.

She left the Finance Division in 2008 to join the Power Resources team. While serving in the Power Resources Division she was instrumental in brokering a variety of important power contracts, including one with the Northwestern Band of Shoshone Nation in Utah which will ultimately provide more than 64 megawatts of renewable geothermal energy for the City of Riverside.
