Citrus Tower

The Agency assembled the project site, demolished a building that had sat vacant for more than three decades, and negotiated the sale of the site to facilitate the construction of a 132,000-square-foot, Class “A” office tower. The project brings 750 much needed construction jobs to the City and will be completed in spring 2012.

Regency Tower

The Agency worked with the County of Riverside to obtain a surface parking lot with a vacant building on it. Following demolition of the building, the Agency negotiated the development of a 250,000-square-foot, Class “A” office tower.

Fox Plaza and Hyatt Place Hotel

The Agency negotiated with a developer to facilitate the most ambitious development in Downtown, with a new 125 room Hyatt Place Hotel that is currently under construction, with planned future phases that will add mixed-use residential, retail, restaurant and office development in the heart of Downtown.
