The Agency facilitated the relocation and restoration of eight single-family residences by a private property owner, keeping these houses in the Downtown area, while creating a new office development for future employment opportunities. The houses were designated for owner-occupancy in perpetuity, creating eight new home ownership opportunities on land that was an abandoned rail line.

Fox Performing Arts Center
The Agency purchased the Fox Theater and an adjacent building and conveyed them to the City to allow for renovation and establishment of the Fox Performing Arts Center, the Inland Empire’s premier entertainment venue.
