Neighborhood Watch
Neighborhood Watch is a crime prevention program, which
enlists the active participation of residents in cooperation with law
enforcement to reduce crime in their communities.
It involves:
- Neighbors getting to know each other and working
together in a program of mutual assistance
- Residents trained to recognize and report
suspicious activities in their neighborhoods
- Implementation of crime prevention techniques
such as home security and Operation Identification
- It’s neighbors looking out for each other!
42 active groups and growing
While Neighborhood Watch doesn’t eliminate all crime, it will help reduce
criminal activity by using crime prevention techniques to minimize opportunities
for crime.
There are currently 37 Active Groups
in the Mission Grove, Orangecrest & Canyon Crest areas and
54 Active Groups in
the Hawarden Hills, Victoria, Alessandro Heights & Magnolia Center areas.
If you are interested in becoming a
proactive member of your neighborhood, please contact our office at 789-2755.

diligently to address community issues that arise. You may contact the
