ATF ANNOUNCES $10,000 REWARD IN RIVERSIDE FIREARMS THEFT INVESTIGATION

Riverside, Ca- John A. Torres, Special Agent in Charge, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Los Angeles Field Division, has announced a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the firearms theft at Turnerís Outdoorsman gun dealer in Riverside, California.

On May 10, three armed men stormed into the Turnerís Outdoorsman, at 10246 Indiana Avenue, shortly before the 9 p.m. closing time. Video surveillance footage shows three armed suspects, wearing hooded sweatshirts and face masks, running through the store stuffing the firearms into a blue duffle bag. In one and one-half minutes, the suspects were able to steal 20 handguns. A white sedan was observed in the area prior to and immediately following the robbery.

Investigators from Riverside Police Department and ATF are seeking the publicís help in identifying the three armed suspects, identifying the white sedan, or providing information on the location of the stolen firearms.
