Attempted Murder Investigation

Riverside, Ca- On, Friday, July 6th, 2007, at approximately 0208 hours, Riverside Police officers responded to 3742 Park Sierra (InCahoots) in reference to a 911 call. Officers responded to the above location regarding a shooting that just occurred.

The investigation revealed two victims were in the parking lot when they became involved in an altercation with two suspects. During the altercation, one of the suspects began to shoot at the victims. The victims were struck by the gunfire and were driven to Kaiser Hospital. One of the victims is in stable condition and the other victim was taken to surgery in critical condition.

The suspects were described as Hispanic males (early 20s), and were last seen fleeing the area in a grey or silver compact vehicle. It is believed that patrons leaving the business establishment at closing time may have witnessed the shooting incident.
