Car Seat Clinic: Trick or Treat with RPD! Riverside, Ca- The Riverside Police Traffic Bureau is conducting a Car Seat Clinic on Tuesday, October 31, 2006, 11 a.m. –3 p.m., in the parking lot at the Magnolia Community Policing Center, 10540-B Magnolia Avenue., Riverside. "Trick or Treat with RPD" is a fun way to meet RPD personnel who know car seats well, and make sure your child is safe when riding in the car. The team will have Buckle Bear and Officer McGruff there for the friendly treats, and the first 40 or so kids can get their photo taken with an officer, Buckle Bear or Officer McGruff (or all three). Parents can have car seats checked or fitted for their vehicles. The clinic is in conjunction with a seatbelt safety certification course the Riverside Police Department is hosting for Law Enforcement, Fire, California Highway Patrol, Health Department and other public safety personnel.
