Theft from Riverside Art Museum
Riverside, Ca- A piece of sculpture was stolen from the front lawn of the Riverside Art Museum, on Mission Inn Avenue
near Lime Street, sometime overnight, between 5 p.m. Saturday, February 25, and 11 a.m., Sunday, February 26, 2006.
Missing is the top small leaf of a two-leaf light green concrete art sculpture on display to the front of the Riverside Art Museum.
The 3'x6' eucalyptus leaf sculpture is constructed with a steel frame, concrete and three plexiglass circular inserts representing
water beads. The sculpture weighs approximately 300 pounds and valued at approximately $26,000.
