Riverside, Ca- Riverside Police Department investigators have identified the suspected shooter in the August 6, 2005 University Avenue shooting in which an innocent newly-arrived visitor originally from Nigeria was shot in the head.

Nwajagu and his companions were in a car leaving the gas station when the gun shots erupted, one of which struck Nwajagu in the head. Nwajagu remains in grave condition, on life support.
