Suspicious death investigation

Riverside, Ca- Riverside Police officers responded to an apartment in the 4200-block of Eleventh Street at about 11:30 p.m. Friday, August 18, when nearby residents worried about the welfare of a neighbor they hadn’t seen in a while.

With the assistance of the Riverside Fire Department, entry was made into the apartment where the officers discovered the body of a deceased male. There was no visibly apparent cause of death. Identity has not been confirmed at this time. The investigation continues.
