Fatal Motorcycle Collision – P06052339

Riverside, Ca- On August 9, 2006 at 0132 hours, officers from the Riverside Police Department responded to 11445 Magnolia Avenue regarding a collision involving a motorcycle.

The initial investigation revealed the solo motorcyclist was riding in the parking lot at 11445 Magnolia Avenue in the City of Riverside. The motorcycle struck a curb, which caused the solo rider to be thrown against a tree and onto the ground. The motorcyclist sustained major injuries and was transported to Riverside Community Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

It was also determined that the motorcyclist was under the influence of alcohol.

The identity of the motorcyclist is not being released at this time. He was a 24-year-old male from the City of Riverside.
