Riverside, Ca- On Sunday May 23, 2004 at
approximately 3:51 A.M. Riverside Police Officers responded to the 6100 block of
Vanessa Street regarding an injured man. Upon arrival they located a 35 year-old
Moreno Valley man. He had sustained blunt force trauma to his head. He was
transported to Riverside Community Hospital where he later died. The Riverside
County Sheriff Coroner’s Office will release his identity after his family has
been notified.
Investigators responded to the scene and processed it for forensic evidence.
They also searched the neighborhood for witnesses.
