Riverside, Ca- On Wednesday August 18, 2004
at 12:38 A.M. Riverside Police Officers responded to a residence in the 9800
block of Primrose Drive after residents reported hearing a gunshot and a female
screaming in the area. When officers arrived they contacted an adult female who
told them that her boyfriend had been shot when two armed men forced their way
into her residence and demanded money. The female led officers to the backyard
where they found a male adult with at least one gunshot wound to his upper body.
The male was transported via ambulance to Riverside Community Hospital where he
was pronounced deceased.
Witnesses said they saw two white males running from the residence before
leaving the area in a dark colored compact vehicle.
