Riverside, Ca- On November 21, 2005, Todd Webster Argow, 53, of Riverside died at Riverside Community Hospital as a result of a gunshot wound he received on November 15, 2005 during a confrontation with Riverside Police Officers at his residence in the 5200 block of Old Mill Road.
