Riverside, Ca- On Saturday November 12, 2005 the Riverside Police Department Vice Unit conducted an investigation on University Avenue reference prostitution activity. Under cover members of the vice unit observed activity conducted between a male and two females that was consistent with prostitution. The Male, Kevin T. Wilkerson 46 of Moreno Valley was contacted after being observed loitering with two suspected prostitutes. Through investigation it was determined the females, Amber Renee Tucker 23 of Moreno Valley and Dedee Starlene Spencer 29 of Moreno Valley were admitted prostitutes and Mr. Wilkerson was their “Pimp”.

Mr. Wilkerson was booked into the Riverside County Jail for PC 266(h), Pimping and Ms. Tucker and Ms. Spencer were cited and released for PC 653.22(a), Loitering for Prostitution.
